Infinite Connection Help

Server Downtime on January 30th

To complete the work that began last November, the last server downtime period, MIT's central Informations Services & Technology team will need to take down our services for approximately six hours on Saturday, January 30th - 6am-noon EST.

This time not only will services behind login to the Infinite Connection not be available (e.g., SmarTrans, Alumni Site Builder, Email Groups, Online Alumni Directory), but the entire alumni site (alum.mit.edu) will also be unavailable. Also, while users will be able to access the giving site content pages, no gifts will be able to be made during this time period; a message will be placed on the giving site to this effect.

Reminder about email phishing scams: MIT will never ask you for your password or send you email requesting your email password information. Please continue to ignore any email messages that claim to require you to provide such information.
